Our caring philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. The high standard of building, the decor and the care equipment is all for nothing if it’s not coupled with first rate care, from dedicated professionals who love what they do and respect as well as look after those in their care.

Our team keep the place clean and tidy, and they deal adeptly with all the many characters that make up the body of residents – the awkward and not so awkward! We have doctors in every day, calling them each morning with details of who they shall be seeing.

We get to know the relatives names as well as the residents and invite feedback from everyone involved with our process of care.
